For small teams that plan projects in lists
Notes, tasks, people and meetings in one outline
Indento is an outliner where any line can become a task, a person, an event or a discussion. Your project's plan, its GitHub issues and its calendar stay in one place you can read top to bottom.
Invite-only during early access. Already invited? Sign in.

Where did we write that down?
- The project is split across five tools. Notes in a doc, tasks in a tracker, issues in GitHub, meetings in a calendar, decisions in chat.
- Every tool wants the structure first. Boards, fields and templates before you have finished thinking about the work.
- Context goes missing. The reason behind a task lives in a thread nobody can find a month later.
Start with a list. Add meaning when it helps.
Write the way you think: one line at a time, indented where it belongs. When a line needs to do more, give it a type. It stays exactly where it is, next to everything that explains it.
Type / to turn a line into anything
Tasks get a checkbox. People can be mentioned. Events get a date and time. Discussions collect comments. Projects hold their GitHub repository and calendar.
No forms, no separate screens: it all happens in the line you are typing.

See just the tasks, without losing where they live
Filter the outline to Tasks, Events, People or Discussions. Indento keeps the parent lines, so every item still shows which project it belongs to.
Nothing moves. Switch back to All and the full outline is exactly as you left it.

-
GitHub issues are tasks
Titles and status sync both ways. Close the task and the issue closes too.
-
Events on Google Calendar
Schedule an event in the outline and it appears on the project's calendar.
-
References and backlinks
Type @ to link any line. Renames follow, and every mention is one click away.
-
Discussions in place
Decisions are made next to the work they are about, not in a separate chat.
-
Access per branch
Invite editors and viewers, and keep sensitive parts of the outline private.
-
History you can restore
Every line keeps its meaningful revisions. Bring back any earlier version.
-
Focus on one branch
Zoom into any line to work on it alone, with a link you can bookmark.
-
Keyboard first
Enter, Tab and the arrow keys do what you expect. ⌘K searches everything.
- One place for the plan, the people and the decisions
- Structure that grows with the work instead of before it
- GitHub and Google Calendar kept in sync, not copied by hand
